A finely woven Sarouk Mohajeran rug displaying the graceful floral drawing and accomplished construction associated with this distinguished central Persian group. Mohajeran Sarouks are particularly admired for their curvilinear ornament, substantial wool, and balanced use of color. Its compact format makes it an appealing collector’s rug and a practical addition to an entrance, library,y or intimate seating area. Lots 452–455 These lot numbers do not presently appear in the live catalog. They may have been withdrawn or intentionally left unused.
