The catalog title identifies this as Bidjar, though the image should be handled carefully because the floral style is not the most typical Bidjar look from appearance alone. Visually, the rug is defined by large naturalistic floral sprays on a dark field, framed by a warm red border. Rose, ivory, taupe, muted blue, and red blossoms give the piece a lush, almost European decorative feeling. I would keep the Bidjar name in the title if that is what the source provides, but I would avoid making strong structural claims unless the weave confirms it.
