Description
A beautiful traditional Bakshaish rug, in the hardy and illustrious antique Persian willow tree design. Pair this antique Bakshaish rug with your furniture for a seamless introduction of texture and pattern in the space.
Lot # 5123 is in overall good condition. The pile is low and even with scattered areas of re-piling throughout the rug. Some of the repairs and re-pilings are as old 50 years old. There is an area of 3 " x 12 " that is rewoven at one end and an area of 2" x 2" rewoven at the other end. The two ends are hand secured. The two sides are original and secured.
