This narrow Heriz Serapi rug has the boldness of a much larger carpet. Three large geometric floral medallions stretch across the red field, while ivory corner elements and scrolling vine work break up the composition with lively contrast. Blue, green, ivory, and soft gray details sharpen the design without softening its village character. The rug reads best as a long-format Heriz Serapi, with strong color and confident Northwest Persian geometry.

Lot # 419 is in very good condition. The pile is full and even with no visible wear signs. The ends are complete and secured. The sides are secured. There is no dryness in the foundation. This rug is clean and floor ready.
