This beautiful, expansive, shabby chic rug dates back to approximately 1880 and has vividly eye-catching designs. This lively antique Indian rug will make visitors feel as though they have walked into a distant place while never setting foot out of your home.

This antique Oriental rug features some of the most lovely and innocent floral patterns. A multicolored whimsical daisy pattern on a muted neutral background carries throughout the middle of the large size rug, framed by a wide border.

The border consists of five wide bands of endearing little hearts and vibrantly unique flowers. These border flowers appear much more abstractly ornate than those in the center of the antique Indian rug but, thematically coordinate with the rest of the piece all the same.

This antique rug, though over 100 years old, retained a great deal of its dynamically balanced dark and light hues. Although portions of this shabby chic antique Indian rug are faded with age, it still captivates onlookers and enchantingly invites them to get a closer and more conscientiously look at the interwoven patterns of this genuinely fetching rug.
