A softly colored antique Oushak prayer rug centered upon an elegant mihrab or prayer-niche composition. Its pale ivory, apricot, and muted earth tones give the surface a serene, beautifully aged appearance, while the architectural niche lends structure and spiritual symbolism. Smaller Oushaks of this type possess a more intimate character than their large room-size counterparts and are especially appealing for wall display. Offered without reserve.
