Lot # 114 is in good condition. The pile is low and evenly worn. There are linings sewn to the back and four sides to protect the rug. The two ends are complete but need hand securing. The two sides are secured. There is a minor small tear that needs sewing. There is no dryness in the foundation. This rug is clean and floor ready.
