Circa 1900 A grandly scaled antique Khorassan carpet displaying the expansive drawing and fluid Persian ornament associated with northeastern Iran. Its impressive dimensions and softly aged decorative character make it particularly suitable for a large room where it can be appreciated as both an architectural foundation and an accomplished work of textile art.
