ANTIQUE TURKISH KULA RUG. 6 ft 9 in x 5 ft 8 in (2.06 m x 1.73 m).

Beautiful and Rare 17th Century Tribal Antique Turkish Kula Rug, Country of Origin: Turkey, Circa date: 17th Century – This stunning tribal antique Turkish rug combines vibrant colors with clear lines to depict a fiery scene of motion. Though the vast majority of elements used are rigid and angular, they convey a clear sense of structure. The angular presence still depicts motion, and many of the lines lead the viewer’s eyes across the gorgeous border of this 17th century antique Turkish Kula rug. Bright yellows, eye-catching reds and soothing blues all stand against each other, creating different points of interest that are regularly broken up by the stems and vines. At the center of the rug is a hexagonal shape, set within a rectangle that bears numerous petals and floral motifs. Those same petals are present within the hexagon, unifying the antique rug as a whole.
