This antique and vintage rug auction consists of a collection of: Persian rugs, Moroccan rugs, Swedish rugs, Scandinavian rugs, Caucasian rugs, Indian rugs, Chinese rugs, Modern carpets, Tribal Heriz Serapi rugs and selection of decorative Turkish Oushak rugs. Overall very good condition. Good full pile throughout. Natural corrosion to dark browns with some foundation exposed in places. Minor repair in lower left corner that is fairly well done. Both ends very slightly partial and should be stabilized. Minor repiling to the ends. Selvage is overcast in places. Would benefit greatly from a professional cleaning. A beautiful green is used and the quality of the wool is superior. A collectible piece.
