Condition
Lot # 325 is in a very good condition. The pile is low and even with no wear or tear signs showing. The two ends have a very minor loss and secured. The sides are secured. There is no dryness in the foundation. There are very few scattered re-piling in the field. This rig is clean and floor ready.
