Provenence: Collection of late notable London and New York dealer

This finely woven Kerman carpet features a lattice of floral medallions on a charcoal field, accented with coral and ivory. Scrolling vines and palmettes form a symmetrical, manuscript-like design. Framed by flowering tendrils, the composition balances precision and elegance, embodying the classical refinement of Persian Kerman weaving at its height.

Lot # 340 is in a very good condition. The pile is full and even. This rug has been antique washed to soften the colors. The two ends are original , complete and secured. The sides are secured. There is no dryness in the foundation. This rug is clean and floor ready.
