Minor fading in places, especially in the lower right corner and center field. Minor repairs scattered but well done. Both sides and ends are original but slightly tattered in places and need attention. Minor tear along lower right edge about 5 inches long that needs attention. Carpet is clean and floor ready once sides, ends and tears are repaired. A wonderful, rare example of an Arts and Crafts CFA Voysey designed in a beautiful green color in an unusually large size for the type.
