Condition
Lot # 194 is in a fair to good condition for the age ( Early 19th century ). The piece is sized and it is done professionally. There are areas of re-piled scattered in the rug. There is no dryness in the foundation. All sides are complete and secured. This lot is clean and floor ready. .
