This antique Caucasian Lenkoran rug has a long, commanding format and a deeply graphic tribal design. Large shield-like forms, hooked devices, geometric medallions, and stylized flowers unfold across red and dark blue grounds. Ivory, green, teal, and camel accents sharpen the contrast. The drawing is bold, direct, and full of regional character, making the rug especially effective in a hallway or narrow room.

Lot #311 is in good condition. The pile is mostly full and even throughout. Both ends are original and securely finished. The sides are also secured. There is no dryness in the foundation. The rug is clean and floor ready.
