Lot # 448 is in a fair to good condition. The pile is mostly even and low with no areas of excessive wear signs. There is a very minor loss at one end and it is secured. There is a re-woven area of 1 Inch by 8 inch re-woven at the other end. The sides are secured. There is no dryness in the foundation. This rug is clean and floor ready.
